Spotmix Glasgow are specialist suppliers of ready mix concrete. The company supply concrete to Glasgow and its surrounding areas. From a depot in Dalmarnock, East Glasgow, Spotmix supply Central Scotland including the North of Glasgow, Milngavie, Strathblane, Kilsyth, Dunbartonshire, East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lanarkshire.

Working Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday on request Spotmix will always have a Volumetric concrete mixer available to supply your ready mix concrete.

Volumetric Concrete Mixers

Spotmix Concrete Glasgow use Volumetric Concrete Mixers. Traditional inflexible concrete "drum" mixers require you to advance order the exact amount of premixed concrete. This is not easy to do and often results in waste and extra expense as people tend to over estimate the amount of concrete.

The unique advantage of Spotmix's concrete mixers is that nothing is mixed until our truck arrives onsite. Our volumetric trucks carry all the fresh materials to make concrete, and with the calibrated counter you'll know at any point of the delivery how much concrete you have used. This method of concrete delivery is therefore ideal for the small Builder and DIY concrete Home Improvement projects.

Wheel barrowing Service

Spotmix Glasgow offer a wheel barrowing service with concrete deliveries, the driver and his assistant will wheel barrow the concrete from the rear of the truck to a maximum distance of 30 meters within reasonable flat level ground. Spotmix supply their own large wheel barrows and ensure there is minimal mess left behind once the delivery is complete.

Concrete Collect

We now offer a collection service from our Glasgow depot, anything from 0.5m3 and above only limited by the carrying capacity of your vehicle. Please note 0.5m3 of concrete weighs approx 1.1 tonnes, therefore 1m3 weighs approx 2.2 tonnes. If you would like advice or a price please call our Sales Office on 0141 550 1444. Just give us your measurements and we can calculate the volume of concrete required. All of our vehicles are calibrated to give you the exact m3 you require. You can pay by cash, credit cards or account basis.
